Washington State Has What You Need
When considering investing your hard earned money in real estate, whether as a place to settle and raise a family, or to start a business, it is hard to beat the advantages of investing in Washington State. Some of the more famous of Washington’s attractions are Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Rainier, the Cascades Mountain range and Mt. Si. And those are just the mountains.
There is a rainforest in Washington called the Hoh Rainforest, which is a National Park. Aside from the 170 miles of Pacific coast which borders the state, there are also innumerable inlets and bays and the San Juan Islands which add many more miles of saltwater coastline.
Washington also boasts some amazing rivers running through its territory. Perhaps the most famous, and rightly so, being the Columbia River. The Columbia is the largest river producer of hydroelectric power in the United States. This mighty river begins its journey in the Canadian Rockies in British Columbia and enters the United States in the far northeast corner of Washington. The Columbia continues its flow throughout the state and finally empties into the Pacific Ocean at the border between Washington and Oregon. During its journey it flows through the Grand Coulee Dam, which is the largest single producer of electricity in the U.S.
Real estate investments in Washington are a great choice in today’s rough and tumble world.
